This packet includes a book-style agenda, save-the-date announcement, mini agenda, web banner, event logo, luggage tag, vertical banner and custom eyeglass cleaning cloth.
This 11-page agenda is 9.25" x 4.25". The ornate 2.25" button is sewn to the hand covered linen book board . A leather thong wraps around the book and the button to close and open the agenda. A handstamped lantern adorns the cover, while dark brown grossgrain ribbon hides the screw-post assembly.
Specialty glittered palm paper lines the inside covers. Lantern theme is carried throughout the agenda in photos. Translucent overlays are imprinted with event schedule.
This agenda page shows the activity and time for that activity. Notice the lantern image that shows through the overlay.
Save-the-date Announcement
Using the lantern theme, I created a die-cut lantern shape for the announcement. The cover page has a translucent yellow film that allows the text for the event to show through. The remaining pages were custom cut, scored, folded and stitched to the heavy weight black lantern cover.
Mini Agenda
The pocket-sized agenda is a used by the attendees onsite. This agenda is printed front and back and accordian-folded to 4" x 3".

Custom envelope lined with glittered palm paper. Wrapped with dark brown grossgrain ribbon that hides velcro closure. Inside envelope are pages with content description, pages with button to hold DVD of photos from the event and a page with CD containing slideshow presentation.
